Page 1: What do you think Natalie would have done if she had shown Jess around at recess?
1. She would have been kind and friendly.
2. She would have left her alone as often as she could.
3. She would have taken her to the library.
4. She would have watched her carefully.
I pick number 4 because she would have watched to see what she does to get people to like her.
2.What do think would happen if Casey didn’t recognise Natalie?
a.Natalie would have recognised her in the next few seconds.
b. No-one would have realised who she was.
c. Some other students would have recognised her.
d. Jess would have tried to make friends with Natalie.
I choose C because even though Casey wouldn’t have recognised her there must have been others who have.

What do you think Natalie’s first reaction would be to another new girl as ‘cool’ as Jess arriving in her classroom?
a. She would maker her feel welcome.
b. She would feel worried.
c. She would tease her.
d. She wouldn’t care at all.
I choose B because that’s what she felt when Jess first came.

a.They would pretend she wasn’t there.
b.They would treat her the same as any other student.

I pick B because if I was them I would treat her like any other classmate.
3. Do you think Jess will now speak to every other student in the same was she speak to Natalie?
Give reason for you answer.
Reason: I think that she wouldn’t treat anyone else like that because everyone else might be a fan of her and her movies but Natalie didn’t even know her movies.
4. Imagine Casey was the new girl to the school and not Jess.
Do you think Natalie would be worried about her in the same way as she was with Jess.
Yes or No
I pick yes and no.
The reason I picked them both was because if Natalie saw Casey walk in the class she would probably be worried but not as worried as when Jess came but then later on she wouldn’t be worried because she will be going to the school often.

Do you think she will continue to be popular with other students not that Jess has arrived?

I think yes and no.
The reason I think yes and no is because everyone will be trying to fit in with Jess but then while Jess is there for a while everyone will start getting use to her being there and Natalie might have a chance of being popular again but I will have to go with no more than yes.

a.She would be confident.
b.She would be shy.
c.She would not look directly at anyone.
d.She would yell at everyone.
I choose A because when she moved to Natalie’s school she was really confident and I think that if she moves again I would probably think that she would still be confident.
3. If Mrs Jackson had seen and heard what Jess had said to Natalie, what do you think she would have done?
a. She would have laughed and told everyone how funny it was.
b.She would have taken Jess’s side.
c.She would have spoken to Jess and Natalie and found out what happened to make Jess do such a thing.
d. She would have taken Natalie’s side.
The best answer is C
Explain what do you think Natalie will do next and what you think Jess’s reaction will be.

Reading-Dragons
Today I went with my class to the library to read books and issue them.
The book I read was Dragons.
I read Dragons because the picture in the front was making
me want to read it over and over again.
It was a really fascinating book.
I would recommend this book to other people who loves myths or art.
